Your monthly program includes a medical evaluation, ongoing physician support, prescription management, and access to our patient support team. If prescribed, medication is dispensed and shipped directly to you by a licensed compounding pharmacy.
After our physician approves your treatment plan, your prescription is sent to a licensed compounding pharmacy. The pharmacy typically requires 4-6 days to prepare medication. Once ready, the pharmacy ships it directly to you in insulated packaging to maintain product integrity. You will receive tracking information as soon as the pharmacy fulfills the shipment.
Your medication is prepared by a 503A compounding pharmacy that is LegitScript certified, NABP accredited, and follows USP <797> standards for sterile compounding. Every batch is tested for sterility, endotoxins and potency.
Treatment typically begins at a lower weekly dose and may be gradually increased over time depending on tolerance and treatment response. Dose adjustments are decided by our physician.
Some individuals may experience gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, decreased appetite, or mild digestive discomfort. Our physician will discuss potential risks and monitor your response during treatment.
Tirzepatide may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical conditions, including a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2. Our physician will review your medical history before prescribing treatment.

Patients begin by completing an online medical intake. A licensed provider reviews the information and determines whether treatment is appropriate. If approved, medication is compounded by a licensed pharmacy and shipped directly to the patient.
It is administered as a once-weekly subcutaneous injection using a small insulin syringe. Detailed instructions are provided with your medication shipment.
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist that helps regulate appetite and fullness signals. By slowing gastric emptying and supporting balanced blood sugar levels, it may help reduce hunger and support adherence to a reduced-calorie nutrition plan. Results vary, and Semaglutide should be used as part of a comprehensive health and lifestyle program.
Treatment typically begins with a lower weekly dose and may be gradually increased over time depending on tolerance and treatment response. Adjustments are determined by the prescribing provider.

No, Semaglutide should not be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Yes, but dosage adjustments and careful monitoring are required to avoid hypoglycemia.
Semaglutide is processed by the liver and kidneys, so these functions need monitoring during treatment if you have a history of liver or kidney abnormalities.
While occasional alcohol use is permitted, excessive drinking can cause nausea.
Weight loss can typically be seen in the first four weeks.
No specific restrictions, but a healthy diet enhances weight loss results.
It is best to store Semaglutide in the refrigerator. If left at room temperature, the medication does not “go bad.” However, keeping it in a cool location helps preserve potency and shelf life.
For most, weight loss achieved with Semaglutide can be maintained with strict adherence to lifestyle changes, such as improved diet and regular exercise. However, some prefer to use a lower “maintenance dose” of Semaglutide once they have achieved their weight loss goals.
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in all living cells and involved in many metabolic processes. Some individuals choose physician-directed NAD+ therapy as part of a broader wellness program.
Patients begin by completing an online medical intake. A licensed medical provider reviews the information to determine whether treatment is appropriate. If prescribed, the medication is compounded by a licensed U.S. pharmacy and shipped directly to the patient.
The most common side effect is irritation, redness, or soreness where you inject. Changing the injection spot each time usually helps; if irritation continues, contact us. Some people also notice brief flushing, warmth, a faster heartbeat, chest tightness, or shortness of breath for a few minutes after an injection. These effects usually pass on their own. If symptoms are severe or don't go away, seek medical care right away and let us know.
Do not use NAD+ if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant or breastfeed. If you become pregnant during treatment, stop using it and contact us. If you have a heart or lung condition, tell us before starting NAD+.
You can visit our Longevity Science page to learn more about NAD+ and its role in cellular metabolism and related research.
