Refund policy

LPI Medical Group, P.C. offers medical programs that include provider review, prescription management, medication fulfillment through a licensed pharmacy, and ongoing follow-up care. Medication quantities and usage duration vary by patient based on individualized clinical assessment and tolerance.

Program fees are billed on a recurring basis. Once a billing cycle has been charged and a prescription has been issued for that cycle, the program fee is non-refundable. This applies regardless of the amount of medication used or the length of time the medication lasts, as prescriptions and pharmacy fulfillment are customized for each patient.

Patients may request to cancel future participation in a program at any time with at least 30 days’ notice prior to the next scheduled billing cycle. Cancellation requests received after a billing cycle has been charged will apply to future billing periods only.

There are no separate fees for consultations, follow-up visits, or prescription management beyond the program fee.
