Shipping policy

Prescriptions issued through LPI Medical Group, P.C. are fulfilled and shipped directly to patients by a licensed compounding pharmacy, when medically appropriate. LPI Medical Group, P.C. does not dispense or ship medications directly.

Once a prescription has been transmitted to the dispensing pharmacy for fulfillment, orders cannot be modified or returned. This is due to the individualized nature of compounded medications and pharmacy handling requirements.

Delivery timing, packaging, and shipping methods are determined by the dispensing pharmacy in accordance with applicable regulations.
