Is NAD+ right for you?

NAD+ isn't for everyone. Here's who usually considers it, who shouldn't use it, and how our physician decides.

Who usually considers NAD+

People who come to us for NAD+ are usually adults who:

  • are interested in healthy aging and want to take an active role in it;
  • want physician oversight rather than buying supplements on their own;
  • are comfortable giving themselves a small injection at home a few times a week;
  • live in California (we can only treat California residents).

Interest isn't the same as eligibility. That's what the physician review is for.

Who should not use NAD+

  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not use NAD+ if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant or breastfeed. If you become pregnant during treatment, stop using it and contact us.
  • Heart or lung conditions. If you have a heart or lung condition, tell us before starting NAD+.

Your physician may have other questions depending on your health history and the medications you take. Answer the quiz fully and honestly. It's how we keep you safe.

How the physician review works

  1. You take a short health quiz online. It takes a few minutes.
  2. A licensed California physician reviews it. If anything needs clarifying, we'll contact you.
  3. The physician decides. If NAD+ isn't appropriate for you, you get a full refund to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days.
  4. If you're approved, your vial is made to order and shipped cold to your door.

After you start

We check in every month to see how you're doing. If anything changes in your health, such as a new diagnosis, a new medication or a pregnancy, let us know at support@nadforwellness.com.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Prescription required; a licensed physician determines eligibility.
